Specialist Lift Services offer a comprehensive suite of maintenance agreements. Naturally we offer standard, premium and comprehensive contracts, but these can be altered to precisely suit your requirements. As a measure of our forward planning each lift is provided with a pre-planned rota of works for 3 years at the outset of the agreement between us. This is a clear example of our commitment to you and your elevators.

Without regular servicing some components can be exposed to an unacceptably high probability of sudden, unplanned failure; at best this is an inconvenience, at worst, for business critical lifts, it can be a disaster. Let our enthusiastic team, backed up by experienced, proficient managers, take care of your lifts and their precious cargo – your own team.

We realise that our team is often a reflection of your own. That's why all of our field staff wear smart, practical uniforms and are fully trained. We will always take account of feedback from site as this is often the best way to confirm what we are being told by the lift fault logger systems.

Staff training includes legislation, health and safety and product updates so that we remain well informed.

Our company vehicles carry a wide range of spares that should be able to cope with most stoppages, but for those that are beyond our immediate control, we have access to all makes of lift and control system spares. In some instances, with older lifts for instance, some components have become obsolete. Our huge depth of experience means that we are able to provide modern components and integrate them into old controllers while decisions are made as to long term viability of parts.
